They can be custom made to exact factory specs almost everywhere.
Anyways, part numbers of the 3 separate parts here:

Exhaust pipe from manifold (A): 18210-671-601

Exhaust pipe medium section (B): 18220-671-651

Exhaust pipe rear section (silencer): 18307-672-003

Also there is a chrome tip: 18310-671-600

You can search on google for those codes or ask on your local parts store.
