Sorry to hear that. Is this just an FYI or are you looking for some diagnostic help?

91 accord accord also does this lol... now me and the mad scientist have to rip apart the block and replace the piston rings i fried (lesson learned... just because an a20a likes to be over revved doesn't mean and f22 does >< do not downshift from 5th to 2nd even if your syncros are bad and you cant get it in any other gear just keep it in neutral and slow down instead of trying to pass the guy that cut you off)

ill put up some pics tomorrow to clarify the situation

check your pcv valve, make sure it's not clogged and blowby is being forced up through the breather tube on the valve cover. you said oil is leaking, is it coming from the box on the back of the block? if the pcv valve is clogged blowby will force oil out out of this. how is your oil level, if it's overfilled even a little, oil will be sucked up the breather tube on the pan, overwhelm the oil seperator, and be sucked up into the engine. also clarify smoking, out the exaust or smoking on the engine?

I've noticed over years, some common leaks on most vehicles (from common to least in order) are the oil pressure switch, the oil filter base gasket-(for these cars), distributor O-ring, valve cover gasket & oil pan gasket, front seal & rear main seal.
