however, there were plenty of complete engine transmission sets at jdm importers at one time so there is bound to be some random cases where one of those were used to replace "A" toasted unit. Not necessarily for entheusisst purposes but a cheep way to fix granny's lil car. lol

I need to rant for a second. I really hate it when people put things like "adult owned" and "freeway/highway miles" and "rare" and "low miles" on Craigslist postings. Adults aren't always better drivers than teenagers, and there sure are a hell of a lot more of you guys out there which means even if there is a lower percentage of poor drivers, there could still be more of you (plus, adults includes the old folks, too!). Just because a car was driven on the freeway doesn't mean it will have less wear especially if the car is being sold in say, Seattle. Traffic, much? Don't even get me started on cars that are a dime a dozen being posted as "rare." Also, 10-15k per year doesn't mean your ten-year-old Bimmer with 100k has low miles, dipshit.

In his defense, it is a VERY clean car with VERY low miles. But 9k will get you a 2006-7 Accord with the same mileage with a LOT more features. I can see 4500 MAX

i can see 4500 like you said man, i looked up the value of a 91 crx the other day on nada and now it's considered a classic/historic vehicle and i was surprised to find it right under 3500. haven't done the same, the thing that kills it for me is the bumper scrape, the fact it's an LX, and that it's blue. it does look rather clean but to be honest i worry more about a car with that low of miles because literally at least half the preventative maintenance has been performed.

As hideous as it is, someone did A LOT of work to that car. And to be honest they did a pretty good job. The body lines all look good, the colors and the styling all coordinate, everything is clean and straight. Amazing execution by the fabricators. However I think the stylist should be executed.
