First jack up rear of the car and remove the phillips head screws from the rear bumper directly behind the rear wheel. If you have the mud flaps on, the rear wheel may have to come off to get at the screws. I had no mud flaps, so I used a short stubby phillips head screwdriver to get to the screws with the tire on.

With the screws out pull back on the bumper cover a bit, and you will see the rear drain for the sunroof.

And now with the bumper cover pulled back, you can see the drain.

To clear the drains out, I used a old piece of car antenna wire, it was about 5 ft. long. It worked perfectly, it was stiff enough, and flexible enough to snake it's way in to the drains.

Then from underneath the car I fed the antenna wire into the drain hole, and worked it all the way through. The drivers side went up very smooth. The passenger side was where the blockage obviously was, so I had to twist it and push until it got past the blockage. After that it was no problem.

5 ft. of antenna wire up and through all the way.

Now pull the antenna wire out, put the phillips head screws back in the bumper and drop the car back down. Do both sides of the rear drains the same way. As for the front it was very easy. The antenna wire went down all the way to inner fender. And you're done. Hope this helps, it worked for me.
