Hello, everybody, and thanks for all your contributions to this site, making maintenance and improvement of old Accords much more accessible and worthwhile than it was before!
My first car was a 1986 Accord LX automatic inherited from my parents who had it new. I only had it for about three months, as the used automatic died in a Wendy's drive-thru. I've since owned a 1991 Integra, a 2002 Golf TDI (which was amazing), and a 1996 Accord. It was the '86 Accord I had the greatest attachment to, however.
I will be buying a car in May and I hope to find one of these now rare cars to drive around. Odd that this generation of Accords is one of the least appreciated, given that its low profile and suspension layout set the scene for most Hondas afterward.
Anyway, I love this forum, and thanks again to everybody!
