thanks ill gt some pictures up today put in some speakers yesterday since she HAS to have music while driving even though it was 20 deg outside !!

Wish you good luck with your project.

In case you get desperated and think in a worn out carb that need to be replaced, read my findings with my car.

At the beginning it won't stay ON itself, but a couple of weeks later, it is running like new. I did nothing to the carb itself but replacing the needle mechanism and sprayed some carbu-clean, then killed the vacuum leaks one by one, finally followed the service manual idle adjusting procedures.

I can tell you that now, the car fires up in the cold mornings without me pumping in the accelerator.
