theres about 5-6 bolts holdung it on.
3 in the engine bay area,
1 at the lower part of the door
1 at the top part of door
1 behind the mudlfap
2 right around/under watever the sidemarker

...dont you have to take the bumper off to take the fenders off... or at least the headlights/corners

You have to pull the front bumper off. There is one bolt that is too low to get with the bumper on. I've tried it. The bumper is not difficult. Pull your turn signal lights out and take out 4 bolts and slide the bumper off. It's a lot less work than you think.

If you didn't have to take your bumper off, then the last bolt was missing on your car or you took the risk of cracking your bumper trying to pull it out of the way. I had to replace both front fenders on my car due to an accident and the only way to get them off was to pull the bumper off.

do you have to align the fender at all?
cause my drivers side fender was dented from the lady before me, and i want to fix it but the shop wants 400 bux to bang it out and paint it, a fender from the junkyard is 75 bux so it might be cheaper to get one from the junkyard, have the shop paint it and i install it myself

thanks guys

You'll have to do some aligning that way the back edge doesn't catch on the door when you open it. The bolt holes will pretty much line it up for you but there will be some fine tuning. Good luck.
