Only pics I have are the ones I took I think but ill look again. But yeah to be able to fit it completely under the dash youll bee to make a duct or box to fit from the blower to the ducting where the ac evap used to be.

are you gonna replace the a/c box with a bypass so you can still use the heater and such? cause if you're not, you might as well remove all the heatery & blower stuff from behind the dash as it will all be useless without the bypass

You just need that duct from a car without ac,that's all I did.

in my experience with the drifting team i worked with , we kept the heater core in after we had troubles with the rx-7. ditch the ac but keep the heater. the only good thing about the AC system for our cars is the relay for the fans , helpful when the car is overheating for additional cooling

so its possible to lose heater after this mod?

well, yeah, normally the setup behind the dash is like this:
[blower motor]-->[a/c box]-->[heater core/box thing]

if you just take out the a/c box and don't put that duct bypass thing in there it would be like:
[blower motor]-->_______-->[heater core/box thing]

which is why you need the duct from a car without a/c (or just make your own) if you wish to keep full functionality of your heater

Rendon unless you get lucky as shit, you wont find a ac delete box. I wish I could but I looked for MONTHS without finding one and I searched online and in junkyards almost everyday. The dumbed down optionless cars are extremely hard to find in the US, or at least in GA. More than likely youll prob. have to make one. It seems not too many people can live without AC in the US haha.

Mushroom what did you use for the gap?

Air/Heat ducting found at lowes/home depot, etc. Used 2" i think.

Yes but you have to make a flat plate on the heater core box and make a spot for the ducting to run into. Thats it though.
