Engine is putting out gray smoke two minutes after startup. There's a nice oil leak right there too. Could someone tell me what gasket needs to be replaced?

Oil on exhaust manifold?

There ya go.

Maybe some new gaskets like O-Ring like Dave said, and a new valvecover gasket with some gasket sealer or something to make sure.

I find it best to start with the highest spot on the engine that's leaking oil. In your case, start with the valve cover gasket. After a little driving, you'll be able to see what lower gaskets are leaking.

Replace that valve cover gasket, and then degrease the engine. Once you have all of that oil removed, drive for a short distance and look for more.
