do they bolt through the roof?

yes they do. 3 screws/bolts on each side. i would have to drill holes and weld nuts from the inside with the proper thread and size to make it attach oem:).

any accessory where you have to drill holes into the body is a frightening install :nervous:

yeah you have to think bout it a lot cause once you do, there's no going back :-p

honestly unless you need the rack for something, i dont really think it looks good on hatches, especially with the louvers

nice...and about the rack.

remove the head liner, drill the holes and put rubber seals on there with some sealant and screws with rubber washers and nut and should be leak proof...presto OEM roof rack :D

Nice man! Great pick up. I was happy to find all the original glove box shit (owners manual, warranty book, factory stereo instruction book and cruise control manual) last time I was at the junkyard.

What'd you end up paying for that? I didnt realize the accords had a factory roofrack option.

Payed 20 bucks. Not a bad price especially since there super rare.

Nice find, but I would go with a removable rack so you can take it off. I was kinda disappointed, though, because I thought you were talking about the flat rack.

twhonza! dang man i havent seen your car in a while! still looks good!

and it may seem a little busy with the roof rack and louvers... i would find a temporary way to put them up there.. like the 3m double sided emblem tape..

Nevermind, I must have been high or something. I was picturing the truck rack on top of the car. The one you have is the only USDM factory roof rack.
