there are none available
you will have to make it totally custom by cutting the shifter and removing metal and welding it back together

Pacesetter made one a looooooooong time ago, fully adjustable. I had one on my blue 3g but never got it off before it was ditched. Sad, too :(

There are very few of them left, good luck. Its that or a custom piece.
