I was just wondering if the weber 32/36 would still be able to pass deq in portland oregon? I know it removes all of the emissions stuff but shouldnt it still pass if the engine itself is running well?

I don't have enough posts to post a link, but check the DEQ website.
You must have emissions controls intact. This is possible with the Weber, at least on a third gen Accord.

Some people on here have been able to pass emissions with the sniffer on a Weber just fine. It just needs to be tuned properly. I imagine if you leave the EGR hooked up, it will help. DEQ may not care what is on your car so long as it passes the dyno test.
