The rack is a Yakima. I bought it about 6-7 years ago from Bike-Tech if not mistaken.

Reminds me of the time I strapped a 14' canoe onto the roof rack on our 93 Escort wagon. The canoe was longer than the car and the engine didn't make enough horsepower to keep from losing speed while going uphill. LOL!!

As I recall, Yakima racks are pricey. They are excellent quality, but not cheap!
