So I picked up an 89 accord to dd while I'm putting my 97 Hardbody on airbags, I paid 150 bux for this bad boy and started driving with all the issues with it. Slowly started fixing little stuff, and finally decided to lower it on spring springs and tokico struts, got some MSW wheels of an e30 BMW. So here's a quick pic after all this work

305,000k on her, and she runs like it was 1989, only things wrong with her besides the obvious rust/body damage is no 5th gear, have a new one sitting in the back seat with her and there's still a slight shimmy with the wheels. Idk if they're bent or have a bad tire but I balanced them out and have hubcentric rings on it, she ran nice and smooth with the stockers on. I mean its not a bad shimmy but its there. but i love the look so they stay for now. I bought it to just have something to visit the gf, and I really do think I'm going to sell my truck and rock this thing all year.

Welcome to the 3geez bug... haha.. sellers should put up warning labels "If your planning on buying this as a daily driver you wont care about, buy another car, cos this thing will grow on you like no other car ever has!"

ha! this car as actually been sold, and bought back. I was strapped for cash and my buddy needed a car for winter. at the time he owned an m3 and a 350z, said this car with 300k miles on it ran the best of all three. only sold it cause spring came, and if he didn't sell it he was afraid he'd catch the bug.

Its very contageous LoL... I had an 87, gave it up cos the rust was too bad.. and got an 89 after searching for a year.. Even tho i had a 96 Civic Hatch lol
