I just picked up an 87 Accord with 410K + miles for $500
She isn't too bad of a car for having almost half a million miles on her. She's a 5 speed with a few rough areas here and there but is pretty much rust free and leaks a little bit of oil and has an exhaust leak. Other than that and the rough interior, the car is amazing. I got her for a commuter car because of my ~8-10 mpg truck, haha. I'll post some pics whenever I take them.

Where in Washington? There are plenty of junkyards around to refurbish your interior.

Holy crap, i was thinking, wow 400,000 kilometers is alot!, wait he's from the US.... :eek: 400,000 miles!!! do you know what mileage the engine has on it???
Im really glad to hear that people are getting killer mileages out of these cars, when i was bought mine i thought that it being over 200,000kms it was going to be shit, and die any time soon. But holy hell... ill have this car until its a vintage sports car (which really is only about 5 years away... :D)
