Can someone help me buy a Car from Quebec?

Hi fellow 3ggeeezers

I'm thinking of moving to QB next August and i want to buy a car from there. The 3gee is too rusted out and wont pass inspection in QB so I need a to buy a car from there that doesn't need to get inspection done.

Even though i'm moving in AUG i want to buy and insure a car right now because i don't want to sign a one year contract etc...

SO If anyone from QB is selling or know someone who is selling a car that is in relatively good condition please let me know.

I would of course love a 3gee ;) and a manual is preferred.
