89 accord 4dr GOT HIT BY DUI driver

well guys im new to the site but i no longer have the car a drunk driver hit me doing 50 and i was at a dead stop at 330 a.m sat morning 5/14/2011 smashed the whole back in i do have to say that i was surprised at how well the car helded up from the impact

First, get a copy of the police report, second go to a hospital, 3rd get those bills too, 4th go see a chiropractor, next, find a lawyer, after that, get anything else he/she needs, and sue the crap out of his insurance company, i'm in the process of doing that after a car 'accident' last July and we're still doing paperwork and trying to pin down the insurance company.

Hope you're in better shape than I was, 500mg of Hydrocodine, muscle relaxers, on top if about 1200mg of ibprofin or however you spell it, I was dead to the world for 3 weeks.. out of work etc.

Are you ok? the driver was arrested right? Normally i'm not a fan of suing, but I have no sympathy for drunks, so sue away

naw im not going to sue there no point the guy was really nice and when he was released he came to my house and appoligized and gave me a grand then im waiting on insurance to pay me for the car. if i can find a really clean 89 lxi coupe if not then i might do a cb7
