Update 5/23 Thanks to 88LXi68 for the suggestion it seems best for us to meet up at the CanAm Cruise in Agawam Massachusetts.Let's make this a successful meet for us northeast guys!
Are you in for it? If so just post either yes or maybe and what you'll be driving

Location & Time
Saturday August 20th
Italian Sporting Club
349 Cooper Street
Agawam, MA 01001

Detailed information about the CanAm Cruise is located here http://www.6thgenaccord.com/forums/showthread.php?t=35200

Also if anyone would like to do a little photoshoot and last meet up with just us 3geez people after the CanAm events end let me know and I will work on planning that out. I can't drive after nine so this will have to be a quick shoot/meet so I can get back home.

id like to see this happen, us east coast guys rarely have a big meet because we are all spread out. There are only like one or two of us that are in NJ alone

i wouldn't mind sometime in july, and something like in Maryland would be ok, Delaware even better, Va might be way to far out of my range.

we need some other members to post their opinions

How about Ocean City area? and a little bit more time would be very helpful

Little Flippin' last year was fun because of the people that went but the meet itself was very small. I think the reason IA is fun is because of all the different cars, people, location and I had a blast 2yrs ago. I already took a week off this year 7/13-7/18 to ease my travels and I hoping to get some more people to caravan down.

If anyone in the Northeast can't do IA I think we should attend this year's CanAm cruise which will be in Mass. this year and held in August.

gp02a0083 and fakeblod316 - True that, the north east is definitely lacking in meets and members in general the closest active members to myself on here are probably you or Ayeobe and your both a couple hours away. Delaware Or Maryland seems like it would be a great place to do it for sure, even if it's just for the northeast I was down there last July it would definitely be a great place to hold this even if it's not going to be a big east coast meet.

Luke - you're totally right man, I didn't even think about that until after I made this thread but it's really hard for some of us way up here to get down there. Although if I can convince my dad to go down there in July since he wants to at least go down this year again I might be able to make it but without a car. I'm just getting my full license in a few weeks and it wouldn't go by so good with convincing my parents to let me drive that far and I'll still only be 17 so I can't legally drive after 9 either. I'll find out if I can make it or not next month and probably turn this back to just a northeast meet for a few of us instead.

88LXi68 - Good idea, maybe we should all just meet up at that instead as well as IA if we can attend it. I'd really like to go to IA for sure but I know I won't be making the trip down in a 3g or my current crap mpg suv, I'd have to get my family to take a vacation down there in order to make it. CanAm seems doable though, thanks for the suggestion

Id definitely be down for the Can Am. IA is a little far for me (summertime is the only real time I have to make $$), so taking time off isnt really an option.

Sweet, so far it's looking like +3 including myself for a Can Am meet up as the best option

GO to IA. its worth it. best car "meet" ive ever been to. keeps getting bigger and better every year.
for yall who work and only have the summer to make money, same situation here but im sure to tell my job at least 2 months in advance that i wont be working on that friday-sunday. its worth it 10000%

If anyone from up here is planning to drive down to IA, I'd definitely be up for rolling down with them. I'll thrown down some cash for gas and have to save some money for a hotel that weekend but I'd definitely be down for doing that.

As far as this meet it looks like CanAm is the best solution for us up here who want to meet up without going to IA. I understand it's going to be hard for some to get down to IA, myself included. I'm hopefully getting a boat load of money in July which will be my 3g & mod/repairs fund that I can always dig into to get down to IA if I have anyone willing to let me ride down with them from up here.

LoL, I'm gonna throw out a (seriously considering) MAYBE

Meet would be only 2-3 hours from me as I'm already in MA. I'd be riding my bike, though. Honda Nighthawk 750

There's a chance I might be able to make it over there depending on how long my orientation takes but I'm doubtful I'll be able to make it worth the trip

From the looks of it only 3 are confirmed right now, and 5 might be able to swing on by to it.

Unfortunately there's no chance now that I'm going to be able to make it :( The tranny in my only car is going and I have no clue if I'm going to be able to get it fixed before then, my college orientation just happened to fall on that day too so if it's not fixed by then by the time I get out from orientation it will already be around 12:30-1pm and it's a 2-3 hour drive from me.

I'm disappointed, but those of you going take lots of pics and let me know how it is

Everyone seems to be dropping like flys here, maybe we should work on planning something for September/October or sometime before it gets super cold since this seems to be a lost cause unfortunately

Well, I'm going to take one last shot and start a new thread specifically for CanAm.... there's gotta be a few people that can come!
