Optima Red Top - my personal favorite. Others may argue, but my first one lasted six years and the one I have in now is from 2008. Never had a battery last more than three years before that and I have had this car since 1989. Plus, the Optima gives you plenty of warning with slow starts months in advance. a conventional battery gives you a few weak starts and then it won't turn the starter.

Basically, it costs twice as much and lasts twice as long. Great for hot climates like mine.

I don't think I had that choice. I just went to Sam's Club and bought the one that fits in my car. There aren't all that many choices from Optima.

I have everything and preffer a standart battery , I can't fint in the book wich one the Accord uses ..

the standard battery uses 525cc amps but you could always get something like 650 and above
