ksport/d2 question

i was watching this viedo today http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6eSpwEXwYlc and started to wonder if the ksports or d2s are somewhat like this? i know you can adjust damper rate from the top so is that about the same as how these funstion? or do you just adjust the spring height and match it to the damper settings? and if so how can you be sure the damper settings are proper to fit the spring settings?

U adjust the damper to fit ur own personal ride quality as far as "bounce" goes. The coil over design is pretty much the same in every company, just different materials and spring rates.

well i think my question could have been more specific as in, do they still ensure full strut travel no matter how low you lower the car
