Need help on carb tuning idle problem

I need help on my A20a1 its carburated and its a auto -___-
my problem is that my engine idles like at 1800-2000 rpm
and when it does that i let the engine warm up and it idles at 1600 rpm,
and when shift to drive, reverse or any gear except parking and neutral
it idles at 700-100 rpm... does my carb have to be tuned? Also i suspect that my vacuum lines are not in the right place any help?

Something seems to be leaking - check all of your vacuum lines to make sure none are loose or torn, then get a can of carb cleaner are spray around fittings and the carb base plate. If you idle changes you will have a clue to where to start looking for leaks. I have seen brake boosters that were leaking that caused high idle too.
