Not working, all 4 windows. Main switch on door nor any door switches work. I switched the relay with the cooling fan relay and that didn't fix it but I know that cooling fan relay works. And none of the fuses look bad in the engine bay. Any other fuses or advice?

Try the troubleshooting chart on p. 25-45 of the manual (http://honda.roadpwnage.com/manuals/pages/usdm-accord-1989-full.php). You'll want to look at the #2 fuse, the lock switch and the control unit (under the passenger seats). Tests for the components are on the pages that follow.
CzEcHy...you ever resolve your issue?
Not to thread jack but.....
I have a similar issue on an 88. Turns out that the ground for the power windows relay is bad....but, I cannot find G11 for the life of me. I installed a jumper wire and bypassed the relay and my windows worked.
So, now I have 2 options..1) Run a new ground wire. 2) or try and find the open in the harness somewhere.
Anyone know where G11 is located?? Thanks

Do you mean GND-11? It's in the right rear of engine compartment. Connector locations start on p. 26-3 of the manual.
You might have better luck with the 1989 Accord Electrical Troubleshooting Manual (http://3geez.wiki-tv.com/Honda_service_manuals). It has pictures of where everything is located.
Ok, thanks and yes I meant GND-11. Mine is an 88 LX...should it still be in the same area??

Yes. The 88's and 89's are the same. The 86's and 87's are different.
