High idle at 2k when air conditioner is on?

So the other day i went to a buddys house and got the ac system evacuated and recharged professionally and everything works great except for the fact that when the ac is turned on the idle jumps from 700 to 2000. Im not sure why its doing this but im looking to see if any of you guys might have any ideas. Maybe a vaccum that occurs when the ac is turned on? Any thoughts or opinions please???

Im not sure if the se-i uses a single Idle Air control valve for all idle changes, or if there's a separate valve for each function. I'd check around on the emissions black box for any disconnected hoses first.
