I am going to end up having to sell my accord. I am moving to Japan for 3 years, and can't take it with me, and I'm already going to be storing my truck... so the car has to go.

My question to you all... how much do you think I can get out of it?

It's a 1989 Accord LX-i w/ automatic tranny w/ about 145k miles on it. I have replaced tons of stuff... here's a list.

1. coolant flush
2. new plugs/wires/cap/rotor
3. timing belt
4. water pump
5. oil pump seals
6. timing belt tensioner
7. camshaft seal
8. crankshaft seal
9. distributor o-ring
10. new rack and pinion
11. new driver's side cv axle
12. new ball joints in front... upper and lower
13. new tie rod ends and inner tie rods
14. oil change
15. new air filter
16. new fast idle thermo valve
17. new pcv valve
18. cleaned IAC valve
19. new brake master cylinder
20. new valve cover gasket
21. new coolant temperature sensor (on thermostat housing)
22. adjusted valves
23. adjusted timing
24. changed fuel filter
25. got a/c re-charged
26. new thermostat

Windows got tinted to 15% all around. Installed JDM corner lights, and an SE-i armrest center console. Also, brakes were recently inspected... they have a little over half life left. Tires are almost brand new looking, still have little nubs on them. Installed HIDS for the headlights.. still have the stock lights tho to be included. Also has a new CD player in there.

Car runs good, and getting good mileage now that I figured out the timing. Only thing that it really needs is the seal behind the oil filter base to be replaced, and maybe a tranny drain/fill. Also has some minor clear coat issues on the passenger side of the roof... but it doesn't look terrible, and the clear coat is peeling on the front bumper, and I'll admit that doesn't look great.

All repairs I did because I wanted the peace of mind, not because they were necessarily a problem. I just wanted a baseline to start from to eliminate future problems. I paid $1000 for it, but have probably put close to $3000 of parts/labor into. Is it reasonable to assume I could maybe get $2500 out of it? Or more? I don't want to go lower than $2000.... what do you guys think?

Here are some pictures....

I still have the stock corners I can throw back on there and sell the JDM ones to ya. The passenger side has a small chip from a rock probably, but it's not really all that noticeable. I think I paid $35 plus shipping for them? Sure you don't want the whole car? I won't be selling until the 1st week of January.

The spoiler came on the car.. so I don't wanna take it off and leave holes in the trunk.

alright got pics of the "chip"? and dude ill give you 100$ for the spoiler and corners:). ive been looking for a stock black spoiler for my black coupe. i would even drive so you wont have to ship anything.

i would buy it but i already have 2 of them haha so having one more would just be taking up space :/
