Are Hatch and Coupe doors the same?

So a Dodge truck decided it was a good idea to pulverize my drivers door yesterday. Luckily it was only the door, but I need to know if I have to find a hatch door and interior panel, or if a coupe door and interior panel will work on my '87 LXi hatchback. If anyone knows if a coupe door will work on a hatch, let me know! Thanks!

I asked this a while back, If I remember right, the coupe and Hatch doors are swappable.

Cool, that would make sense, Honda is pretty logical. If anyone has a grey drivers door panel in good shape I could use it, the interior in my car was almost perfect untill the door got demolished.

1986 hatches have different seatbelt locations, therefore the door panels, belts, and rear upper interior pieces are not interchangeable with coupes or even 1987-1989 hatches.
