Low km 1988 Accord S in Canada (not mine)

So I went to see this 88 Accord hatch
few issues with it:

CONS:
- Rust bubbles on both 1/4 panel edges
- Minor rust repair on rear passenger side 1/4 edge
- Rust on top edge seam of front windshield
- Rust inside engine bay, and on engine components
- Tires are from 2006
- Coolant leak (may be a headgasket or water pump)
- Muffler is rusted out
- Underbody hasnt been rustproofed, so theres some rust on suspension parts
- rear hood shocks are weak
- Needs emission test, which may fail since the car is carbureted
- Automatic
- Overpriced (they want $5100 incl tax)


PROS:
- Original paint
- Interior is near perfect
- A/C Works
- Low km
- 1 owner (besides dealer)
