After ordering a gasket from Napa, waiting 4 days, then realising I could have simply cut the damn thing myself (I love my roll of gasket material) I came up with an idea:

Why not ask people to post gasket outlines on here?
Obviously this would only be useful for the "heavy paper" style gaskets and they would have to be posted to scale.
So, I'll start:

This gasket goes between the Thermostat case/distributor holder and the head. It says it is for 1.3, 1.5, 1.6, and 1.8 Liters. 1975-83

I've still got a few extras leftover from my rebuild kit.... I could post them but I didn't bother because
A: I really didn't know which one was for which carb (the kit was for multiple carbs).
B: I thought the details were too fine to be cut from a roll of gasket material (I've tried this already with poor results).

Then again, the only tricky part is cutting the circular holes cleanly, and you can buy gasket cutting kits that have sharp round punches for that sort of thing.... I guess I might as well post them...but I'm too lazy to do it today! I'll also try and do a better job with the resolution, I wasn't too happy with today's efforts...
