An AWESOME idea I've come up with for an Android Application. These nifty barcode readers... need to make one for Automotive Modifications you can print your own barcodes and put them on parts of the engine. Then scan and pull up all current/past mods to that part. I.E.(scan intake barcode), pulls up:
*Stock Intake Manifold*
-EGR deleted 9/23/10.
-Cruise control hose removed and capped 8/12/11.
+CAI and filter added 10/1/11.
-A/C idle valve capped 3/4/10.
#PCV hose/valve replaced 3/4/11.
#TB gasket changed 3/4/10 etc.
This would beat trying to remember everything you've done and would be extremely helpful with wiring.
