Anyone here know who the owner of this 1989 Accord is ?
It was sold in May 2010. It has 110,000 km back then

that is soooo clean! I like how the front seat belts are not attached to the front doors. I may have to look into converting my car to that style.

Any canadian members able to find out more info on that?

There's a hole pre tapped on the jam/floor for a regular seatbelt mount. Just dig under the carpet you ll find it.

That's what I was wondering...if there was a pretapped hole, because I don't remember ever seeing one when I stripped down my interior before. I will have to take your word for it as my car is in storage now.

You're going to have to reach back a LOT farther to get to those seatbelts.

Yeah 3 door. Heh, I wish it was a 4 last night. I took my drivers door completely apart to replaced the window motor assemble to realize 3 door and 4 door are different. The windows are longer so it wouldn't bolt up. I was not happy. :burn:

I found that hole by doing a google search or I would never had found it.

So I am confused now, is that pic of your car or not? You converted your seat belts from door to chassis? Can you get some pics of the whole set up?

No sir that is a picture of my car. 1988 3door LXi. The belts are http://www.schrothracing.com/main/. They are the only DOT approved harnesses I could find at the time.
