MOOG-K90207 - Front Upper Camber Cam Stud Kit made by MOOG (http://www.moog-suspension-parts.com/proddetail.asp?prod=MOOG-K90207)

In a nut shell the stud won't go through the holes in the car. The old ones measure .465" and the Moogs go .500". Not to happy about it.

Maybe you could drill the hole bigger, just a thought.

Have you called or emailed Moog and told them about your problem and see what they say?

No I haven't contacted Moog but I will. I bought them thru Rockauto so I would imagine there about 500 parts out there now. And heck it could just be my car.

I'll just turn them down in a lathe and see what that gets me.

Updating:

Project was to replace what I thought were faulty solid bushings in my UCA(made by me) but I found the bolt had worn into the camber adjusters I was using. I bought these Moog ones a while ago to try. I am looking to keep about -2 camber on an otherwise stock height suspension.

Well never got a hold of moog. :chainsaw: That's on me I wanted to get it installed first.

Did some modifying to get these to work and am now testing them.

The hole that is for the 7" long 10mm bolt is too loose for my taste but i didn't do anything to fix it at this time.

They 1.5 degree IS NOT for negative camber only positive. Moog is not real clear on that even in the provided instructions. The arm is right into the body so I need to see if this is what I want for the time being.

Just to follow how this progressed. This is my first bushing attempt. It lasted a few years but the bolts seized on the bushing.

OK updating this.

I did email and talk to Moog and the said it should be 12mm. I told them it was not it was .500 at the shoulder. They recommended I run a drill bit thru bot holes and it was a non load bearing part. Also in the talk I told them i used it for negative camber and he the rep said you always want positive.

Thats what they said.

I think in a nutshell I disagree with everything they said recommend except that the print says it should be .472 and it is not.

The positive camber comment came at the end so I gave them a good day and ended it. Gave me a good laugh for a day.

So the older ones you got were just made incorrectly?
