If it's leaking from the drain plug area then tighten it. make sure it has a drain plug gasket. when that is done, clean around the oil pan with a semi clean rag to see if it still leaking. If there is a leak then its time to replace the oil pan gasket.

Take it back to whoever changed the oil and make him fix it.

it's from the oil pan, just a little bit. nothing you can see or hear. The point is that maybe there's too much oil. I mean
checking the dipstick the level is over the upper mark. Can be a problem?
May be the stupid guy has not drained the old oil.

Right. You're going to have to do better than this. Get under the car and find out where it's coming from. Then you'll know how to fix it.

IF you decide to replace the oil pan gasket with it leaking.. Use OEM oil pan gasket & new down-pipe exhaust manifold gasket..
