Hi, Everyone. I'm new here.

I'm driving a really clean 1987 Accord Four-Door LX with about 250,000 on it.

Question: Has anyone found a company that makes an aftermarket cupholder that will work in this car? It is so frustrating, because the handbrake is in the center console. I would appreciate a lead or a link if there's anything out there, or if anyone has found a way to improvise something that works.

Thanks Very Much!

You want to get the cupholders from an SE-i. They fit in the hole just below the stereo. They are rare, but you can still find them on occasion at the junkyard.

Try ebay sometimes they show up as well as the console.

I'm glad you asked about this, scottmemmer. I thought there might be something wrong with me for having the same problem.

There are some aftermarket cupholders you can buy that clip onto the vents in the dash, perhaps you can pick up a couple of those.
