just saying hi... ive had my 88 lxi for over 9 years, and i still refuse to get rid of it...

some shop wanted to charge me about 8k for an h22 swap a couple years ago... instead i decided to purchase the entire prelude... the accord is creaping up on 250k miles, and i feel its definitely the time to do an engine swap...

jdm b20a is definitely out of the question (even though i have wanted one for the longest time), simply because of the lack of options... a b18 is way to costly, and an h22, on top of the high cost, can also get quite complicated...

so, im looking into purchsing a pr kit for the b engines and doing a b16... im very curious to see if a cr-vtec swap is possible... im sure many of you guys know of this swap, its popular with the civic crowd...

Welcome aboard. placeracing makes the mounts for all B-Series engines and the cr-vtec is possible. I am currently in the process of getting parts for my b18a1 swap. I have the engine, the mounts and some go fast goodies for the engine. Hopefully mid summer it should be completed.
