legal bumper lights?

:rice: :chainsaw: I just made myself some clear bumper lenses. But i was wondering, can i leave the clear bulbs in them or do i legally have to go with amber? I bought some amber, but i can take them back.:stupid:

yeah im pretty sure they have to be soe color other than white... on 3 occasions ive seen blue... mine personally are red (never seen that before) and ofcourse amber.. i think the blue would be a good choice for you since you seem to have a few other blue lights goin on

It may depend state to state but in Washington and Oregon you must have amber blinkers.

You have to have amber lights in MN too.

you can only have amber in maryland. any other color is an $85 dollar ticket for EACH light!

the way i see it... blue is iffy... but ive seen it 3 times... red, well if the rear ones can be red why not the front :D

All I would say is that any color other than amber gives a cop a good excuse to pull you over. It could also get you a cheaper ticket if you get pulled over for a moving violation and the cop is in a good mood. It is neat to be able to express yourself, but you have to be careful how you do it with your car, that's all.

you can get LED light bulb that looks white but when you turn it on it will shine Yellow or Red. or what ever color you get.
