Pop up lights

my pop up lights wont go down they just stay up, how can i fix this?

There is a switch left of the dimmer lights that keeps the lights up. The friend who sold me the car got the same issue - he did not notice the switch and pressed it.

there is also a fuse under the hood for the switch, make sure it isn't blown (there are 3, 1 for each motor and 1 for the switch, all next to each other)
