carb swap

Hi. I am swapping a carb from an 87 automatic accord to an 87 manual accord. Is there anything important I should be aware of with this project. also, are the emission computers interchangeable?

I finished the carb swap and didn't notice a single difference between the two carbs. Made a huge difference in the 87 manual accord which i drive daily, purrs like a honda

If this is the keihin carb then it should be the same, the linkages are a little different and there is a slight difference in the vacuum lines routed to the idle controller. I'm a bit iffy on the details though it's been a while since I've had my accord let alone one in stock condition.
