Jet's are the little pieces that allow fuel to flow through and atomize with the air. You change the size of them to adjust the fuel mixture. primary jets adjust the mixture at idle and low rpm's, secondary jets adjust the mixture at high rpm's. The emulsion tubes slightly mess with when the secondaries kick in, and air jets make slight extremely slight adjustments. Usually you won't have to mess with the emulsion tubes or air correcter jets. I didn't when I installed mine.
Honestly changing jets is easy. I've got a whole bag of those little guys sitting around. I'm planning on sending those with my 38/38 if you end up buying it since I won't need them anymore.
