Does anyone have a pic or write up how it goes together.I have a spare one I want to try but it's apart in a bag and I don't know how it goes together.

You can rebuild them? Now, that would be a neat trick. I simply replaced mine a number of years ago.

Google is your friend. I've seen rebuilds on integra forum and honda-tech. search fitv and many will come up.
