So I can't find a rear and front replacementbumper for my 83 sedan. Will a 3g both rear and front go on...orarethere any other alternatives?

sorry for the double post.. I contacted a junkyard in Montana or colorado i forget and they have one in stock. Im waiting on a text of a picture of the rear bumper from them as i sit here. She said it was in good condition and they would ship. The bumpper is 115$ and thats not including the shipping either.... idk its really close to my cap.

Have you looked into bumper covers from an 84 or 85? They should be a lot more prevalent. And they should be the right dimensions. It will take some work to get them to fit though, as the bumper setup is a lot different... But I've always wanted to see an 82 or 83 with the facelifted, 1-piece bumpers on it. :)

No i have not tried fitting any, but yes you are correct, they are more prevalent. I really hate how its just a plastic cover over a reinforcement bar on both front and rear. I will look into it though. Thank you for your suggestion!

Well, that's how pretty much every car from the early 80's and up is.

what about some older prelude or civic bumpers?
