Here is my thread. It was rotted wiring that went to the relays. At least check under the seat and inspect the wiring. More than I had corroded wires under there on this site. http://www.3geez.com/forum/showthread.php?t=68586&highlight=sunroof+relays

I think there is a fuse under the hood for the sunroof.

It says on the side you have a 1988 LX-i. I'm also guessing it's a sedan since the relays you found under the seat are in the factory location (an aftermarket sunroof in a DX or LX or a coupe or hatch would be elsewhere), you can just find a new relay from a 1986-1989 LX-i sedan or 1989 SE-i sedan.

OK I went to pull a part today and I found another set of relays from another 88 honda accord lxi like mine hoping they will work I'd really like it to work so the relays and fuse are the only thing that stop them from working?

Is the clicking coming from the relays or up top by the sunroof?

^ Yeah, your motor could be shot.

Isn't it between the mirror and sunroof itself? Mine were aftermarket, though.

how much would a sunroof repair cost or would it be cheaper to just get it completely replaced

If the motor is clicking, then either it's worn out or the roof is stuck. Those are really your only two options at this point. You're close to the solution. No need to pay others to do what you can do in an afternoon. If you whack the motor (with something hard and light like a wrench) and it works, then the brushes are shot and the motor should be replaced.

If your sunroof is factory installed, it should have a round plug somewhere in the roof lining. There you insert a lever that is part of the car tools and can open or close the sunroof manually. Check if you can find the round plug and operate the sunroof manually - that would account for a stuck sunroof.

Its factory ima try that as soon as i can but i doubt i have the tool to crank the sunroof open SMH
