So if anyone wants one to make their own I will mail you a template. The gaskets are expensive from the dealer and someone asked me to trace one for them, so I figured "Hey I have a scanner". So I scanned them and they came out perfect. All I ask for mailing it to you is a kind "Thank you". I believe "If you help people good things will happen".

You could actually upload those to photobucket, and we could download them without you having to mail out.

I will get them up on Photobucket soon. I was doing it this morning when I realized my old computer which I have them scanned on to is no longer hooked up to the internet. So I have to get the pics from my old computer on to my new laptop, then I will put them on to my Photobucket account.

That's pretty rad. What material do you guys use to make new gaskets for things like this? I've tried various types of foam without any luck in the durability, or leak-stopping.

In my other thread DB Master said he saw something at Wal Mart. http://www.3geez.com/forum/showthread.php?t=77886 . I am sure I could find something. Maybe a boat supply would have sheets of some type of neoprene stuff. I deal with Soffseal and I may contact them to see if I can get a sheet of something or if they can recommend a source. They don't have stuff for Hondas but they do for Muscle Cars. And they have many universal sealing products. This is from their site "Here at SoffSeal our tooling capabilities include both sponge and dense extrusions. We also manufacture custom molded parts. We can bond molded parts to extrusions, both sponge and dense. Additionally, we make rubber parts such as pedal pads, bushings, grommets, seals and other related items. Our specialty has been in weatherstripping and sealing products for the restoration and Street Rod markets, as well as custom OEM applications. We have many universal-use sealing products as well".http://www.soffseal.com/store/Main.aspx?html=home

Turn the scan into a PDF. No resize issues.

Ok. I will transfer them in the next few days. I have to get a flash drive at Best Buy.

This is the stuff...

http://www.walmart.com/search/search-ng.do?search_query=foam+sheet&ic=16_0&Find=Find&search_constraint=2637

"Foam Sheet, Black"

It is excellent, durable stuff and will work. It's hard to believe I found it by accident at "The Great Wal of China." (Misspelling intentional)
