Just curious, as it's be easier for me to access it on the fly. Meaning not having to wait 15-20 minutes for my computer to work on it.

I know what you mean, it makes no sense for windows machines to take so dang long to boot when other os are instantaneous.

I was going to ask about a mobile app for the site.

I'm not sold on Tapatalk, particularly because users have to purchase the app. I'm leaning toward a mobile suite with dedicated 3geez apps. It requires a bit of an investment, as well as more thought and research on branding. We'll get it going when the forum software is upgraded.

Mobile App you say? I might be able to be of some help here... Well, if you need any that is. :)

I'm working on the new version of the site on a test server.

As far as i see isnt it a free plugin in for you? If alot of us already own the app, and no one would be forcing anyone to buy it. It would just be and extra plugin to use by choice, what is the negative?

The negative is that I am reading about a lot of frustration with the VigLinks advertising used by Tapatalk. This community is largely dependent on revenue from advertising.

Once the site has a good mobile stylesheet it will work on all platforms instead of just in the Tapatalk "app."
