BBT, definitely!

I watch it everyday. I have a friend that is the EXACT Penny to the letter. I mean identical in every way.

Hmm. WKRP?

No, not really. I actually don't like sitcoms. For some reason whenever they would come on after school I would get this sort of vague uncomfortable feeling like I needed to run away and go play outside.

I only started watching a couple of years ago. ^That's great. It took watching about three episodes to start liking the show. The dialog is amazing. Whoever writes the scripts must have a little OCD in them. If y'all had seen my car before I ruined it you would have just thought, "Yup, OCD." There I go, using abbreviations again.

I don't know if animated shows can be considered "sitcoms," but I have been watching Simpsons, Family Guy, Futurama, and American Dad since day 1. I guess that gives away my age for Simpsons. It began in 1989, the same year I started driving my late Accord - RIP. (yet another abbreviation)

Weeds. We DVR that and HIMYM. We watch Glee as well, it's one of those shows that has very very wrong moments and it has some hot girls dancing around in practically nothing.

American Chopper, well it's like a soap opera/sitcom J?K I don't really watch it, it's a joke, the last time I tried to watch it all the fighting gave me a headache

Yeah it escapes me how that bunch is even still on tv, i guess some people feed into that hostile drama, they're too much of it. The crazy builds are cool but with 9 min commercial segments i forget what i was watching. I like sons of guns 100% better for workplace drama they all come back together when its fun time.
I can watch Sienfield reruns all day too.

Big Bang Theory, The Office, 30 Rock, Parks and Recreation (notice a trend??) Scrubs was my all time favorite.

This is from Family Guy:

Referring to Scrubs, Peter Griffin says, "Which one is the funny guy?"

Not a judgment from me, just something I remembered. LOL.

They pick on Scrubs a bunch lol,

Peter: "I just had a Scrubs fantasy moment. I hate when shows cut away from the story for some random crap" And then they cut to Hitler on a unicycle juggling bowling pins, lol

We could make a big list of everything Seth MacFarlane disses on Family Guy. But, that would need to be another thread.

Or how about how he has 3 shows that are pretty much the same show...

^^Oh! Them's fightin' words. JK.

I find his stuff to be entertaining, but not as consistently fresh and entertaining as it was back in 1999 when Family Guy first started.

Just 3? lol. Between him, Seth Green and Matt Groening, they have all of these animated shows that are somewhat similar:

The Simpsons
Bob's Burgers
Family Guy
American Dad
The Cleveland Show
Robot Chicken

I think there are a few more. Of those, only 2, maybe 3 are watchable to me.

Futurama is Groening's, too.

Mike Judge has quite a few shows and spinoffs, too.

Yup, add futurama and king of the hill to my list. I'd watch BOTH of those too

Beavis and Butthead, Daria, King of the Hill, and a couple others are Mike Judge's work, as are Office Space and Idiocracy.

Then again, look at the projects Walt Disney undertook himself. Everything from war propaganda to Snow White. Everything had a theme or happened within a fairly similar universe to another's.

About the only sitcom I have watched in the past few years would be Eastbound And Down. Not a really big tv watcher and usually watch things like Mad Men, Hell on WHeels, etc.
