Hey guys, there is a hole on the tranny beside the clutch release arm. it is on the right side of it and appears a bolt is supposed to go there. this can be seen from the front of the car.
Can someone please tell me what it is for as i am missing something there.

its the reverse sensor. since i am using an automatic vehicle as my donor car for efi swap, it did not have this sensor there.
If the hole itself is threaded, it is for the backup switch. If it is not, it may be the vent hole that should have a tube connected to it.
If it is threaded and you do not have anything in it, you need to get a backup switch and a new washer to seal it because the tranny can leak oil from that hole if it is not properly sealed.

Back-up lights switch would be my guess.
