I think there's a camber kit you can buy. Do a search and there should be a thread on it somewhere.

I modified some 1985 prelude front upper arms with spacers and it's pretty close to 0 degrees. On the rear I put spacers behind the arm and used longer bolts

No. The only way you're going to gain camber adjustment up front is with Prelude arms or crash bolts.
