why can't i reply to a post?

I know i havent been on here a while,but I tried to reply to a post in the wanted section and it won't allow me.It says in the little box at the bottom that i may post replies.

There used to be post whoring in the market section of this site a few years ago, so everyone has been banned from replying to threads in that section. Only the creator of threads (and mods/admins) can reply to them.
