Need Help with Parts

Its Number 2 In the photo. Does anyone know where to get that air filter? its inside the Carburetor Air Control Box with like 50 vacuum hoses going in.

Honda dealer should have it but to be honest I think any little small engine or maybe aftermarket breather vent would work just as well.
