Hey everyone i live in WA im 18 and have a 86 honda accord dx. I have had it for almost a year. Its a great car to own. I got it up to 105 with only one barrel working. So far i have put on a pace setter hearder, im putting in a weber 32 36 carb in it soon, took out yhe ac since it hasnt worked. taking off the cc for the same that my project thdat you could help me with

Hi and welcome! did you see the thread about the portland meet coming up? you should definitly try to make it!

Removing the crusie control is super easy.

see silver thing thats marked? thats the cruise unit. has 3 10mm bolts.1 plug, a vac line, and a cable.

first remove the 3 10 mm bolts. then remove the black vaccum canister hooked up to it (plug that hose up so you dont have a vaccum leak!)
after thats done trace the cable going to the fire wall. twist it to unhook it from firewall and pull it out a little bit. then look under the dash and your see the cable is connected to your gas peddel on a little level. just un hook the cable then get back out of the car and pull the whole unit out and junk it ! enjoy a much nicer looking engine bay :)

yeah its pretty easy ive done it on a couple 3gees back in the day.
