Don't post this here, post it in the Trading Post instead.... "Buy.. Sell.. Trade.." That isn't the appearance forum description.

if you asked how to do it yourself, that may have been a worthy question.

Damn thats sweet! I took mine apart hoping that it was just a reflector inside but it wasn't. The only way I could see doing it was to cut out the actualy orange area with a Dremel tool and the fitting a peice of plexiglass in its place.....

am I close? Or can it be done easier?!??!

looks gooooooooood.........

as far as i know, cutting the orange out and replacing it with clear plastic is THE ONLY WAY !! Oldschool just covered the orange part with white vinyl. His looks good.

coaster you got it that is actually what i did i used silicone to hold it in place as well as keeping water out. For anyone going to the meet in VA my car will be going on sale i will post pics day and night shots inside and out as well as the engine. And all the goodies that it comes with like custom made turn signals on the outside mirrors and the red arrows that light up when you are making a turn mostly seen on ford expedition and my honda accord.:badass: :badass: :badass: :badass:

Roni-sei,

How did you get you side blinkers so clear??? Are they like after market corner lights with the orange part off them??? Or did you custom the whole thing???????????? Cause most of corner lights are like a grayish color....except the orange part.

yeah roni I am wondering the same thing as 89hatch....most of the corner lights are dark grey, how did you get the part that's not orange clear?

Hi
Honda makes clear corner lights for our cars. All the corner lamps fitted to the euro market AERODECKS had clear corners. The second bulb hole where the orange part is is just blanked off. I have drilled a hole and shaped it so my corner lamps all light up clear/white.
I can get them in the UK new but they are very expensive (about $90 a side). I can get them breakers yards but are very rare (I have come accross none for the last 6-9months:mad: )
I have tried the get some cheaper from local auto-factors but they all keep coming up with the same answer. They can get them......Then they cant. Im still trying to find them though.

eh whatever, rip on me... i stated the obvious... SORRY... comment on the lights. Clear corners rock... roni's clear work is top notch, i wanna know how you installed the mirror blinkers though, that's hardcore... did you put led's behind the mirror, cause that would be sweet! i know it's possible with the right stuff....

the markers had the factory yellow in them all i did was cut them out by using a dremel and fitting it with a piecse of plastic found in many drop ceiling light fixtures. as for the indicator arrows all i did was buy them they sell them for about 40 dollars during the day they are hard to see but at night they are the shit. P.S. the honda is for sale i will sell it at the meet this friday with all the goodies even the 17" TSW rims.

Oldschool made his white by putting white vinyl over the orange. He says they still work good at nite.

hey roni, not bad, but could be better... why not pull that whole thing apart, and make it clear all the way around the corner, and even the part that flips up? you could put some tiny LEDs in it then....that's what I'm gonna try....it would make for an AWESOME dusk picture.... with the sunset in the background......
