does the KSport Pillowball Top Mount for accord 89 can fix my negative camber and do they would fix on some ebay coilovers.....

Top mounts won't affect your camber on a double-wishbone car. The alignment isn't adjusted at the strut, but at the control arms. I believe you can get upper control arms either from a Prelude or aftermarket that will give you camber adjustment.
